Germany's players celebrate after their team won the 2014 Fifa World Cup final football match between Germany and Argentina, after forward Mario Götze (C) scored during extra time.
Germany became the first European side to win the World Cup on South American soil with a dramatic late goal in a 1-0 victory that prevented Argentina claiming victory in the spiritual home of their biggest rivals.
The Bayern Munich player, 22, who came on as a substitute, delivered a worthy strike to secure his exciting side their fourth World Cup and their first major tournament victory since 1996. Mr. Gotze had not even been born the last time Germany won the World Cup, in 1990, beating Argentina then, too.
German fans excited and celebrated the victory that symbolized, at least to fans, not just the country's dominance of Europe, but its global prominence.
Amul girl sharing Amul butter with all players and enjoying!!
